DR. LORRIE MACDONALD, DHS, MSN, PMHNP-BC, CNP
JUSTINE ISAKSON, Therapist
Lorrie MacDonald is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who treats ages 5 through 55, specializing in mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, trauma, anxiety, and ADHD. Lorrie specializes in pediatrics, adolescences and college students and works collaboratively with schools for those on IEPS or accommodation plans. Utilizing over thirty years of experience, she works with patients to meet challenges while developing goals and moving forward.
Lorrie works with other private care physicians, including primary care physicians, therapists and other specialist in order to provide comprehensive individualize treatment plan. She offers evening and Saturday hours by appointment only.
Dr. MacDonald has held afaculty appointment at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences school of nursing since 2011. Dr. MacDonald has developed academic programming within the school of nursing to advance the education of undergraduate and graduate nursing students to meet the needs of todays complex patients.
Justine is a licensed mental health counselor, receiving her master’s degree from Assumption College in 2013 and independent license in 2016. With a strong background in CBT, Justine has expanded her therapeutic interventions to include Gottman relational interventions, ACT, family systems, and motivational interviewing among others. She has experience working with individuals and families within a wide variety of settings; from traditional outpatient, residential, ED and other intensive based services. Her specialty is working with those who have experienced trauma and or grief through evidenced based therapies such as TFCBT and CPT. She strives to create a safe place to those who identify within the LGBTQ community and culturally competent therapy. Justine works diligently to provide appropriate services to all those who are motivated towards change working collaboratively towards goals in a strength based fashion.

Dr. Edith Claros, PhD, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Edith Claros is originally from Bogota, Colombia. She attended Worcester State University for her undergraduate degree in Nursing and continued on to get her master’s degree in Community Health. She later attended Walden University where she obtained a PhD in Public Health with concentration on mental health. As part of her dedication to working in mental health, she further attended the University of South Alabama where she completed training in the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program. She takes great pride in the care provided by the New View Health and Wellness team in Worcester, MA. Dr. Claros is fluent in Spanish. Her passion is driven by the bonds she builds with her patients over the course of their lives and the enjoyment she holds in keeping them healthy and well.
